Move from "Asking" to "Seeking" to "Knocking." Jesus promised us that
if we ask we will be given, if we seek we will find, if we knock the door
will be opened. However, we always seem to get stuck at the asking
mode. Very often we have the tendency to come to God when we want or
need something. But our communion with God goes beyond the grace of His
provision. God has no problem giving! He gave His one and only Son for
us(John 3). If you think about it, God is so generous. He lets people
benefit from His provision even if they don't love Him. But it's
different for those who love Him. To love God is to move from ASKING
Him to SEEKING His will. He promised us that if we seek Him, we will
find Him if we seek Him with all our heart. God is willing to give us
much more than just blessings and provisions. He desires to show us His
will to give us His heartbeat in order that we will no longer ask Him
anything that is not according to His will. If we know His will, We
will knock on His door and He will open for us opportunities that we
could never have imagined for us. God wants you to be in partnership
with Him daily. Ask Him by faith, seek Him with hope, knock and He will
open the door of His love for you.
