Brandan, I do not believe I am able to send or receive any PM'S. Is there an issue with the process?

IT Worked, but when I send, I do nto get a read receipt prompt anymore.

JoeBefore you send, in the options area below, you need to request a read receipt if you really want one. It is no longer automatic.
