Not a huge fan of Doug Wilson's soteriology but I think he makes a valid point, "This witness is not offered by the Church as “something to think about” or as a mere “suggestion.” The testimony of the Church on this point is submissive to Scripture, but authoritative for the saints. In the bacon grease add a few cloves of crushed garlic, get it hot, add four cups of chilled rice. Mix in some onions of choice, soy sauce, cooked bacon to taste and the eggs. Fry it. Good stuff.

The two tables of stone, with the law written on them, were put into Moses’s hands; but he, as he came down from the mount, cast them out of his hands, and broke them to pieces beneath it: but now the ...

Lentil Salad In Food & Drink on August 20, 2009 at 1:00 am Lentils are a very inexpensive and versatile “pulse” and I love the almost meaty taste. The other night I wanted to make a lentil salad so I googled recipes and found two for lentil salads that looked and sounded tasty, the problem was, I didn’t have all the ingredients for either one. Instead of following the recipe as laid out online I decided to use ...
