A Keen Sense of the Lord's Power

Rate this Entry
To man, the physical elements of the universe comprise 'nature'. But for those of us who reverence and worship God as He who predestines, controls, and is constantly present in all things; moving them according to His sovereign will, observing the destructive power in the material elements of our world speaks loudly of His infinite majesty.

My wife and I just returned from Ecuador where we observed the ongoing eruption of Tungurahua. Here are some media pictures--which are far closer and better than any we were able to take:

Excellent pictures Bob! I rest in the thought that every single one of the out-spewing of lava and ashes is perfectly in God's hands! I have to remember the Sunday School tune as it applies to this post: He's got the whole world in His hands; Even the Volcano!
