I have known about Marjoe for a little while now. He was taught at a very early age how to preach. He got back into it as an adult. He did it just for the money. Then one day he decided to get out and made this documentary, exposing himself and how a lot of false prophets and preachers operate. This is an eye opener. If you have not seen this, I recommend watching it. These are segments of that documentary. This is really something. Marjoe's documentary is on youtupe and it is in nine parts. These are deceptive days and one must have the Word of God before his eyes at all times.

Some thoughts on Philippians 1 vs 2-6

Lord I would pray that if the following thoughts are true, that you would add your own blessing to them to the hearts of the people here, in Jesus Name, Amen!

I was looking at Philippians 1 today, and so have these thoughts. Please feel free to comment on them.

Verse 1 is telling us about Paul and Timothy being servants of Christ Jesus, and Paul is addressing the saints at Philippi, with the overseers and deacons.

The following thoughts are notes I have made in relation to the text from the NIV bible.

2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

This verse can be personalised to us. We know God to be no respector of persons. So we can say that grace and peace is brought to us from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. This is no casual greeting. This is God commanding His blessing on His subjects. How easy it is to read this verse, and just skip over it. We need to see the full force of that verse.

3 I thank God every time I remember you.

We can apply this to any church we are a part of. It is clear from verse 1 that the church consisted of saints, overseers and deacons. It would seem to me that this is the normal pattern of the church. Not scattered Christians.

4 In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy(emphasis mine)

Is this a reality in our church experience? Do we pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ with joy? Or is it merely a duty? We are commanded to pray in other verses, but we are told here that it can, and I believe should be a joyful experience. It shows in this passage that Paul prayed for the Philippian Christians with joy ALWAYS.

Verse 5 is a key lesson for us as to the reason why Paul prayed for joy always.

5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.

God uses the prayers of His saints to grow the church. As we partner with other saints, they will pray for us joyfully. The body of the church then grows in maturity and spiritually.

6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

So to recap, and bring verse 6 in to the whole equation of the other verses just mentioned, Paul prayed with joy to God for the Philippians because of their partnership in the gospel from the first day until the day the letter was written, and no doubt afterwards as well. Paul was confident that having stated what he had stated about the Philippians, that God, who had begun a good work in them, would carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

I have verse 6 underlined in my bible, but really, the whole lot should be underlined because we cannot separate the promise of God in verse 6 from what led up to the promise in verses 3-5. Something to ponder.

Paul's proper use of his "Roman citizenship"

Acts 22:22-29, (NASB)
They listened to him up to this statement, and then they raised their voices and said, "Away with such a fellow from the earth, for he should not be allowed to live!"
And as they were crying out and throwing off their cloaks and tossing dust into the air,
the commander ordered him to be brought into the barracks, stating that he should be examined by scourging so that he might find out the reason why they were shouting against him that way.
But when they stretched him out with thongs, Paul said to the centurion who was standing by, "Is it lawful for you to scourge a man who is a Roman and uncondemned?"
When the centurion heard this, he went to the commander and told him, saying, "What are you about to do? For this man is a Roman."
The commander came and said to him, "Tell me, are you a Roman?" And he said, "Yes."
The commander answered, "I acquired this citizenship with a large sum of money." And Paul said, "But I was actually born a citizen.
Therefore those who were about to examine him immediately let go of him; and the commander also was afraid when he found out that he was a Roman, and because he had put him in chains.

Why in verse 29 were those in authority afraid. This is the only place we know of that Paul used his roman citizenship (and as brother Travis pointed out to me) and it in fact kept those men from doing what Roman law forbid and saved their lives.
In looking thru Romes laws and history between say the 1st century bc thru 2nd century ad, what could be the outcome if Paul had not been given a "proper trial" be for those who, even though they may be rulers in roman provinces.......yet they themselves were not citizens but merely allies. If it got to Ceasars ears..........momma mia, look at the fear here too in Acts 19:40, what if Paul made an issue everywhere he suffered of his roman citizenship? What things in 1st century history might be "altered".........I think people like James Dobson (whose gospel is that of decisional regeneration and Jesus loves alll mankind head for head) could start to actually find justification for their political views as being taught in scripture clearly as Apostolic doctrine..........what might be the outcome if any of the new covenant apostles and prophets ever got entagled in political activism, after all, wouldnt the overthrow of Nero be better, since possibly it would completely remove suffering from the lives of christians?

I hope Dobsons godless satanic ways never come to have power, he will in effect ROB every genuine believer of their God given right to be ....oops..."counted worthy" to SUFFER as soldiers of Christ.........Acts 5:41, in the context of Acts 5:17-42

Yes, even though James Dobson hates most of the same sins I do, has some good family ideas (much like the mormons do), I say let's take a nugget of wisdom from 2 Chron. 20:35-37.
It's not like Jehoshaphat was allying himself with a non-Israelite.......right? Hhum, could be wise for us to consider whether or not to ally ourselves with others whose cause sems just and they do name the name of Christ afterall????

To know the God of Holy Scripture is the greatest thing a person can know. To know His sovereignty. To know His ways. To know His election and His grace. To serve Him is the greatest thing a person can do in this life and the life to come. All of the other important things in this life are secondary.

I have found favor in His sight. Why? I do not know. For it must have seemed good in His sight. It was His will. I was doing my own thing when He called me out of darkness. There may be other thing that I will be passion about, but Christ is my priority and life. As the Lord gives me breath and as the Lord gives me strength, I will proclaim His truth all the days of my life.

I don't believe in the "God trying to save everyone gospel," that is being preached from most pulpits today. A seeker friendly gospel, that God is loving everyone and that He is trying to save everyone. The fact is He is not loving everyone and He is not trying to save everyone. God's love is directed at His people and only at His people. I don't believe in two loves, one that saves and one that does not.

I also believe that God is in Sovereign control of all of His creation. This would include the salvation of His people and His sovereign rule over the wicked. God rules and reigns over the entire universe now and I close with these famous words.

Joy and Comfort

Ya know there's been a lot of talk about what may come of our country. And there has been many personal struggles for people lately too. As believers i think though all these things are good to talk about, we have to uplift each other too. We have to focus on what is good and joyful! We need to rejoice in the Lord and in our salvation.

If we worry too much or think upon our fears too much it will get us down, and our focus from Christ may be hindered. I know in my own life, if I worry too much about what might happen I tend to not have as much happiness. But having feelings of fear, sadness, anger, etc these are all real to us, we are human. And the Pslams is a blessed book that talks of these things and what to do. So lets focus on the Psalms, and rejoice in our Lord our comfort, healer and stronghold during these challenging and hard times.

These are some of my favorite verses in the Bible:
Galations 6:2 "Carry each others burdens, and in this way you will fulfull the law of Christ."
2 Corinthians 2:7 "Now instead, you ought to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow."
Psalm 27:5 "In the day of trouble God will keep me safe in His dwelling; He will hide me in the shelter of His tabernacle and set me high upon a rock".
Isaiah 26:12 "Lord, You will establish peace for us, since You have also performed for us all our works."
Psalm 59:16 "But as for me, I shall sing of your strength; Yes, I shall joyfully sing of Your lovingkindness in the morning, For You have been my stronghold And a refuge in the day of my distress"
Psalm 56:3,4 "When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You. In God, whose word I praise, IN God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid. What can mere man do to me?"
Psalm 34:4 " I sought the Lord, and He answered me, And delievered me from all my fears."

This Psalm one is interesting to me, is it talking about the goodness of God in our land today? maybe in our country?
Psalm 27:13,14 " I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord."

Ah this is my favorite of all the Psalms!!! :D
Psalm 30:5 "For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night. But a shout of joy comes in the morning."

Its morning now.. so lets shout for joy!! Praise the Lord oh my soul, Praise the Lord!!!
Praise Him for His lovingkindess, for His strength in time of weakness. Praise the Lord for His mercy, forgiveness and grace! Praise the Lord for the joy He has filled my heart with in times of trouble!!!

Also read all of Psalm 42 its amazing! Its long so dont feel like copying it. I think I might each day read a bit of the Psalms, its such a refreshing book and so real. You really see the emotions of Gods children in this book, and their struggles.

Also there was a time where I lost hope in God.. I thought He had abandoned me just like some of these Psalmists but He hasn't He is there for me. There is still hope, and there is joy and peace that one can only understand as coming from our God. A joy and peace that most people will never experience. And one understands this joy and peace so much more when their world has been shattered, their dreams shattered, and all they have left to lean on is God alone.

Oh no! A condemnation of one of Israel's greatest soldiers?

Now David assembled at Jerusalem all the officials of Israel, the princes of the tribes, and the commanders of the divisions that served the king, and the commanders of thousands, and the commanders of hundreds, and the overseers of all the property and livestock belonging to the king and his sons, with the officials and the mighty men, even all the valiant men.
Then King David rose to his feet and said, "Listen to me, my brethren and my people; I had intended to build a permanent home for the ark of the covenant of the Lord and for the footstool of our God. So I had made preparations to build it.
"But God said to me, 'You shall not build a house for My name because you are a man of war and have shed blood.'
"Yet, the Lord, the God of Israel, chose me from all the house of my father to be king over Israel forever. For He has chosen Judah to be a leader; and in the house of Judah, my father's house, and among the sons of my father He took pleasure in me to make me king over all Israel.

Now, I could be mistaken, but it seems to me that the kingdom David fought so hard for time and time again was the land promised his forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The land promised to Israel where when Saul (though he killed babies, men and women, old and young, everyone but King Agag) failed to finish and honor God by complete genocide, even the animals, lost his kingdom to David, the one known to all the surrounding kingdoms as the slayer of 10,000's, and this was honorable since all this was in fact what God commanded.
Now, David realising the palace he lived in was a bit more "posh" shall we say than the tent of meeting, and in this text's counterparts it is clear that the Lord said this was a good desire..........but??????

What does being a good God-fearing soldier who did destroy all the enemies of God he could get his hands on, just as was fitting with the law of Moses, have to do with not having any right to build the temple? Are there any nuggets to glean that would fit like Paul says (Rom. 15:4) to be of encouragement in our times?

Folks, last week and the weeks preluding the election were a very emotional time for me. I know some don't view the seriousness of this last election as I do - but that's ok. I want to make a statement that I appreciate all of the brethren here on p-net. Your participation and support has been amazing, and well, I doubt there was a time in history where a group of believers existed like this. This is a historical group - one that in my opinion has never existed in this form.

Thanks! We are certainly unified on the Gospel!

The coming years in my opinion will prove to be a challenge. We will be attacked. We will be threatened. We may have to go underground. But we will fight the good fight and the Lord's GRACE will abound.

My heart has been heavy lately. I believe that our way of life is coming to an end, and that is something that will be difficult for me and for all of us. What happens when we lose electricity, communication, our occupations, or even our loved ones? I don't know. I do know the Lord will look over us and we will be rewarded in heaven with Christ and we will all be seated together with Him at His table where all of our worries and concerns will come to a cease. I look forward to that day - it will be a great day of rejoicing.

Again, my opinion is that Paul is the best of NC soldiers that Jesus has put on display, yes a display of the grace and mercy of Jesus as Saviour......since Paul makes it truthfully and abundantly clear as the Chief sinner, since he murdered Jesus' people, made war on Jesus like no Pharisee had yet. He imprisoned Jesus' people, as far as men go, the greatest persecutor of the body of Christ, but also Paul is put on display by Jesus mighty power as our example of what it means to be a faithful soldier, one whose loyalty to Jesus I dont think any here at our forum would question.:)

I think this retelling of Paul's conversion follows my last blog rightly and again, I am challenged and wish for others to join me in dialogue as I want to be open to correction in Spirit by Jesus (for those who dont know me, this has nothing to do with how justification was accomplished by Jesus for His own)

Acts 9:1-5, (NASB)
Now Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest,
and asked for letters from him to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, both men and women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
As he was traveling, it happened that he was approaching Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him;
and he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?"
And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" And He said, "I am Jesus whom you are persecuting,
but Paul, with Old Covenant Zeal as any proper Jew should be doing, (Gal. 1:13-14) begged to differ as he said......"but Jesus, you are no longer here on earth and I have done no wrong to your person." (a rebuke that may have the same flavor as when Peter took Jesus aside and rebuked Him) Then Jesus replied "Saul, I live in My people in Spirit......if you kill them, it's the same as killing Me! But Saul, still protesting asked the Lord Jesus if where He was a nice realm to be in? Jesus replied, there are no words to describe this glorious realm to which you could understand, its beautiful. Saul then asked if His' followers were now in this realm? Jesus said, "yes, all who are Mine are with Me and Happy!
So Saul offered this conclusion for Jesus to consider, "it should be obvious that your followers desire to be with You and that is far better than this world, because this world if filled evil. The very Government that rules the Jews are evil, this world is filled with nothing but suffering. Suffering of every imaginable kind and now you say I have done your people a dis-service? They no longer have to suffer betrayal, murder, theft, rape, enslavement of loved ones, torture of the Romans by being hung on a cross like You, so it should be obvious that in all actuality, I have spared your people, even You Jesus, it sounds like the place you are in must be pretty comfortable.
Jesus then rebukes Saul, same as Peter, that he was living out Satanic lies as truth, Saul had set himself up unknowingly in the place of God as this was not God's Highest Glory (all things, despite their nature, will be forced to bring some measure of glory to God, just unknowingly and unwillingly, but could I use the term........the lesser of the glory of God to describe such events in a way that would be instructive in the light of such words as are in Col. 3:17?)
Could it be that Saul was actually saying he was serving to make the grace of God look more beautiful since no sheep could be lost?

I think that if we proclaim the true gospel, like Paul, we will be charged as men who teach and live this way, and as in Rom. 3:8 which is not in accord with Rom. 6:1.
But like Paul, the charge had better be slanderous.
Jesus told His apostles who have told us that people of the nations of this world will at times think they are doing God a service by killing us.....and in their minds we could draw from history a whole host of reasons........most of us here are at least a little familiar with "The Crusades" that were carried out in the Name of Christ as Jerusalem after all should be in "christian hands".......not only were these men of the great RC, they also never understood the words of Jesus to the samaritan woman at the well in John 4.
My next blog will be on "what does it mean to be a soldier in the new covenant?"
I want to attempt to sharpen my own understanding by writing it, and by any criticism that will help me (bad or good makes no difference to me) think, and rethink Jesus" words prayerfully.
Here at this point is that the whole of the New Test. says everywhere there is war of varying kinds. Jesus made it clear that He did not come to bring peace, but enmity, even dividing famlies.
I think that many historical Old Cov. battles will serve to show us how to wage what I believe to be a spiritual war.
One theme that I am constantly reminded of in OT Scripture is, God's people win in ways that look like total foolishness (Gideon serves here as our counslor pretty well, same as Joshua and Jericho)
Huge armies who come to destroy the Jews, mysteriously at time turn on themselves, God throws rocks and other weather at them and they are amazingly/miraculously victors time after time.
I think a man like King David (despite his great sinful failures) serves to show what true patriotism looks like.
And who can forget the army that Elisha captured......things are always at work that our eyes are not allowed to see.

So my prayer, is that in this next post, I will continue to learn how to be a soldier that Jesus (and I am talking about a saint getting to enjoy a moment understanding that it is Jesus' work, He gets the real credit) is not ashamed to speak about publically as a soldier of the greatest Nation ever to the Greatest of Kings (we know its Jesus) in a way that shows in action that I think the world's wisdom is the greatest of foolishness. And that I may be found by His grace to swear allegiance to one nation under Jesus Who is the King of kings, and live as I speak without contradiction.

The Constitution Party is the only Party that is completely pro-life, pro-gun, pro-American sovereignty and independence, in favor of a strong national defense and it is also the only party that is anti-globalist.

Do I expected an utopia in America? No. Do I expect America to become this great new Republic? No. As America marches on to socialism and being a part of the New World Order, it is going to do it without my support.

I may not agree with every jot and tittle of the Constitution Party's platform, but it does come very close and it is much closer than all the other parties.

Why I am calling myself a Constitutionist now:

Reason #1 - taken from the Constitution Party platform:

Sanctity of Life

The Declaration of Independence states:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

The Preamble of the Constitution states a purpose of the Constitution to be to:
"secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity".

We declare the unalienable right of Life to be secured by our Constitution "to ourselves and our Posterity". Our posterity includes children born and future generations yet unborn. Any legalization of the termination of innocent life of the born or unborn is a direct violation of our unalienable right to life.

The pre-born child, whose life begins at fertilization, is a human being created in God's image. The first duty of the law is to prevent the shedding of innocent blood. It is, therefore, the duty of all civil governments to secure and to safeguard the lives of the pre-born.

To that end, the Constitution of these United States was ordained and established for "ourselves and our posterity." Under no circumstances may the federal government fund or otherwise support any state or local government or any organization or entity, foreign or domestic, which advocates, encourages or participates in the practice of abortion. We also oppose the distribution and use of all abortifacients.

We affirm the God-given legal personhood of all unborn human beings, without exception. As to matters of rape and incest, it is unconscionable to take the life of an innocent child for the crimes of his father.

No government may legalize the taking of the unalienable right to life without justification, including the life of the pre-born; abortion may not be declared lawful by any institution of state or local government - legislative, judicial, or executive. The right to life should not be made dependent upon a vote of a majority of any legislative body.

In addition, Article IV of the Constitution guarantees to each state a republican form of government. Therefore, although a Supreme Court opinion is binding on the parties to the controversy as to the particulars of the case, it is not a political rule for the nation. Roe v. Wade is an illegitimate usurpation of authority, contrary to the law of the nation's Charter and Constitution. It must be resisted by all civil government officials, federal, state, and local, and by all branches of the government - legislative, executive, and judicial.

We affirm both the authority and duty of Congress to limit the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in all cases of abortion in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 2.

In office, we shall only appoint to the federal judiciary, and to other positions of federal authority, qualified individuals who publicly acknowledge and commit themselves to the legal personhood of the pre-born child. In addition, we will do all that is within our power to encourage federal, state, and local government officials to protect the sanctity of the life of the pre-born through legislation, executive action, and judicial enforcement of the law of the land.

Further, we condemn the misuse of federal laws against pro-life demonstrators, and strongly urge the repeal of the FACE Acts as an unconstitutional expansion of federal power into areas reserved to the states or people by the Tenth Amendment.

In addition, we oppose the funding and legalization of bio-research involving human embryonic or pre-embryonic cells.

Finally, we also oppose all government "legalization" of euthanasia, infanticide and suicide.

This double rebuke by Jesus to Peter and Satan should shed some real light on this. It is obvious that Peter is spewing out the lies he has been listening to from Satan as he................just after he makes this wonderful confession of just Who Jesus is, now is found the be REBUKING the Messiah Himself!!!!????
It hasnt been till this year, that I have had as much light on this particular set of scriptures after sin in my flesh (the old man commited this) made quite a presentation, as all you brethren at the forum know since it has already been made known in all honesty......and even in some recent posts as Jesus in His graciousness revealed even more (despite the valid physical/medical issues) of how things unfolded and showed me the crimes He paid for in a new light as the Holy Spirit bathed me in grace and strengthened my focus on Jesus again.

It is most obvious to me that Satan, in his best scripture quoting lies, and always at the expense of what Glorifies God the most....and keeps our eyes off Jesus....will do. Yup, the interests of men become his greatest weapons, and his lies seem to sound like the Holy Spirit (1 John 4:1)
His arms come around us to comfort us in times of suffering and pain, with such clever lies that we dont even see how great a focus on what seems to be the best for (usually old #1, me, right?) all the human beings around us. All of a sudden we become little saviours maybe in one way or another, or maybe we become enamoured with the praise of men because of our godly (godly as far as the wolves in sheep's clothing) deeds, maybe we fall to viewing all that God has given us in such a way as David did (1 Chron. 21:1-17) when at little expense I guess...........70,000 clueless soldiers die.

Without asking for improper confession here, would others share what schemes they have bought into, so as to be instructive for the edification of the Body of Christ here at our forum blogsite so that we all can benefit in keeping Christ's inerests #1 and not man's.

I realise this may be hard because trite, safe, generic confession is just all to easy it seems, and we should not give off any sense here that though most all of feel this internet forum is one of the most Christ honoring forums.......that we havnt experienced what we see in scripture oursel ves like Moses (I am aware that there were other Christ honoring purposes God was working here for the fullness of time of the New Cov.) who after such a "great life" commits a sin (striking the Rock that gave Water) that keeps him from ever entering the promised land of the old cov. when his life had been far better than those who repeatedly tried to lure the people back with them to Egypt.........just a thought in the hopes others will in fact interact on this particular blog.....without the fear of man that brings a snare?????????????????:)

There are several reasons why I will be joining the Constitution Party. I will be listing those reasons over the next several days. It is not as big as the Democratic and the Republican Parties. I don't think it is as big as the Libertarian Party, but might does not make right. Even if it never wins an election, but if enough people would join and support the Constitution Party, it would change this country for the better.

I do not want to make America a Christian nation, because God's Kingdom is not of this world and I do not expect the wicked to live like the righteous. When you try to make a kingdom of this world into a Christian Kingdom, do you know what you get? You get Roman Catholicism.

I voted for McCain/Palin. I was not real big on McCain, but he did have some good points. I liked Palin and still do, but I will never again vote for the lesser of two evils to keep the greater evil out of office. If I had actually voted my conscious, I would have voted for Chuck Baldwin. I thought that McCain/Palin had a chance and I did not want Obamo/Biden in office. So what happens? Obama is our new President and I did not vote my conscious.

I know that God is Sovereign and I know that God does not pardon the guilty. God is the cause of all things and we American are to blame and we deserve what we get. God have mercy on us!

One of God's judgements on a nation is putting wicked judges in power over the people. Well, who do you think just might be appointing some Supreme Court Judges over us in this land? God have mercy on us! I repent!

Courage to Stand for Righteousness

Ya know there's been something in my mind that has bothered me these last few weeks with this election. I finally was able to piece together what it is... its not so much what candidate one voted for, or what will happen.. but who is still willing to stand up for what is right? When the time comes are we as Gods children willing to stand for righteousness? To serve our God and not our government? I hope and pray I am, that when the time comes I can stand for God and righteousness. That I will proclaim in the streets how abortion is murder. That I will tell people of Gods grace and sovereignty. That I will speak for the freedom we have in Christ.

I've been searching online to come up with some examples or bible passages.. I found this blog/story I wanted to share..

I want to be a light in this world of darkness, i want to be salt to this world. Yeah we our foreigners but we can still speak the Truth and stand for righteousness. We can be a light in a world full of darkness. Even in the little things.. we live in a society that is becoming more and more liberal. Where no matter what someone believes its right, for example people believing its right for homosexuals to marry, let alone be that. People saying that any religion is right, or its right to kill unborn babies. Many things today would NOT be allowed 50 years ago. It would be unheard of! I think we need to stand, or least I know I do, for what is right and true. Not allow what is evil to triumph over what is good. Most people today want to definie truth for themselves, want to say for themselves what is right or not.

I believe we are starting to live in a world where there is no right and wrong. Where morals and integrity are becoming less and less.

I just gotta say it sucks to only have individual health care it doesn't give you much, Im thankful I can afford it, so Im not without but still Im so upset today I could shout! I feel like Im rhyming because I just read a night before elections poem. lol

Please keep me in your prayers as its going to be a long year ahead for me, and I need all the encouragement, comfort and strength I can get. I had my appointment with my spine surgeon today, it didn't go well. He pretty much said theres nothing he can do. He told me the compression fracture looks to have healed the bone itself. But that the discs in between two of the bones is damaged. I dont know if its completely gone or just thin, he didn't go into much details.

Theres one other spine surgeon within Kaiser but getting a second opinion from within isn't going to help. I might be able to get one without, if my primary doctor can refer me out. That or they are sending some sort of paper work my way so I can request it or something. Because I cant afford to go outside of Kaiser to OHSU or any other medical center, I would have to pay all the costs and I just cant affort that.

From researching online theres only a few things they can do. If the disc is herniated they can remove any damaged or other material. From what my dad said they used to even do surgery where the fused the bones together, but they dont anymore. This doctor said over time my bones would by themselves fuse together... but I guess right now its bone rubbing upon bone?? I dont really know, just know its painful.

Theres not much else they can do from what I've read online, theres a new surgery out for replacing damaged discs, they'd put in a prosthetic disc. But its so new I dont think they know how it does over a long period of time within the body. But the FDA approved it, so who knows within the future if something will come available.

Just right now all he said is watch your posture, and do exercises. SO guess Im still on my pain meds and going to be dealing with this for awhile. He said it'd get better in a year or so, I bet he was being optomistic because I've really seen no improvement and I've been off my back brace for 6 months now, and was on it 3 months. Thats a long time, plenty of time for healing... so I feel like something is wrong but none of the doctors are helpful. Its really frustrating considering its the doctors that kind of put me in this mess in the first place. Even my spine surgeon said he had heard of instances where people had negative side effects from the meds I was taking.

Well no duh... at this point in time I really am annoying with our doctors, or at least Oregons. Incompitent people, they may help some but at times i feel they do more damage than good.

Its just hard to hear someone say live with it, theres nothing I can do. Its no fun living with chronic pain, trust me. SO please pray that I dont know if it be Gods Will He will heal me. Thanks.

I want to be very clear on this point because it is so clear to us that what the Arminians (just as 1 example) teach is that it is our decision that makes Christ's work valid for each individual person, its our decsion that actually saves us.
Here is what I want to be clear on............all those who hold to "sola fide" are the very same heretics who have a better counterfeit disquise. By saying that justification is by faith alone and then that in turn means that our faith becomes the CAUSE of our justification..........are closet decisional regenerationists. They proclaim exactly the same false gospel as the arminians, its just dressed up better because they have more grains of truth mixed in with their lies, which makes them worse in my opinion. They are more subtle liars..............we here know that our justification only has to do with Jesus' works and life, thats it, and we know that God decided who He would make in the true image of God (Jesus Christ...Heb 1:1-3) prior to creating all things.

So somewhere as error in where a comma was put in occured (I cant prove this thesis yet) in a sentence Paul said...Rom. 5:1

should say

Therefore since we have been justified, by faith we have found peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.......

So, most of those of any reformed tradition or so-called sovereign grace groups that hold to this "sola fide" are the most deceptive and the most decieved.
I know others on the forum have said the same thing, after the talk with our dear brother Travis the other night........this just burned in my heart to make my own confession.
Jesus accomplished justification for His people alone. It was in the mind of God and eternally decreed maybe 10,000,000 years ago as far as we may be concerned, never the less, never the less, the event in time was already in the eternal blueprint..........hence EJ, a doctrine that if it is denied vehemently will produce all the other damnable doctrine we have discussed on our forum..........here in our community, thats right, I said community because we who love the forum and the brethren are eternally bound by Christ and do in fact worship in Spirit and Truth. We dont need a building or a mountain to be a community of worshippers of Jesus.
May the Holy Spirit build even greater unity and add to the number those who havnt found us yet............but will some time. Maybe 500 years from now........who knows?:)
