I found this posted on another forum and thought I'd share this.
Jesus was not God
'And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good?
there is none good but one, that is, God.' (Matthew 19:17)
'And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good?
there is none good but one, that is, God.' (Mark 10:18)

A final word should be added here concerning the nature of true liberty. There are three chief things concerning which men in general greatly err: misery and happiness, folly and wisdom, bondage and liberty. The world counts none miserable but the afflicted, and none happy but the prosperous, because they judge by the present ease of the flesh. Again; the world is pleased with a false show of wisdom (which is "foolishness" with God), neglecting that which makes wise unto salvation. As

I heard a comment on this book today and thought I'd share.
On p. 219(The purpose driven church), he states(Rick Warren), “It is my deep conviction that anybody can be won to Christ if you discover the key to his or her heart . . . . The most likely place to start is with the person’s felt needs.”
The people at his church would get more benefit in going to a Monster Truck Rally than his church.
