I've changed my name from Dr. Gill to Darth Gill. Why? Because I'm the Hyper-Calvinist of Pal Talk. I eat tin cans for breakfast, deny common grace, deny any well-meant offer in gospel preaching, and think God hates reprobate sinners. On top of that I like to make Arminians squirm when I tell them they are holding to a false gospel. And finally, I like to make babies cry by stealing their candy.

Surely, a "common-grace" Calvinist would at least not deny the need to make an Arminian squirm? After all, wasn't Abraham Kuyper one of the leading proponents of Common Grace and yet I read in December's Banner of Truth how, in the 1860s, a "peasant woman in her thirties confronted Kuyper about his modernistic thinking, a lack of Reformed experiential preaching, and lack of a saving faith in Christ."? The article continues: "In successive conversations, this young woman told Kuyper that he was preaching false doctrine and that his soul was in danger of eternal hell. Such biblical forthrightness, wedded to the spiritual practice of such parishioners, convinced Kuyper that they possessed a faith in Christ that he lacked." "Biblical forthrightness"? I say we need more of that!
What I don't get is how denying a love of God for the reprobate and denying a genuine offer of the gospel to all could be construed as being meaner than saying, in effect, "God loves the reprobate, but He's gonna send them to hell anyway!"
