    Martin Luther the Movie

    Beloved:

My son gave me the DVD Martin Luther, as a Christmas gift, the one made by Hollywood. Since we open the presents in our culture on the 24th I already got it and watched it.

I highly recommend! If you have not seen it yet, it is a MUST SEE in my opinion!

Milt ... I think it is the one that came out in 2001. Very well done and I enjoyed watching it. It actually played for a couple of weeks in the theater here believe it or not. (hahaha) Hopefully a few mormons watched it.

My Dad and Mom for years would trade off with every other year allowing us to open our gifts on the 24th. My dad has scandinavian roots and his family would open their presents on the 24th as well. My nephew married a Brazilian and they are actually down south celebrating. We were at my sister-in-laws last night and he phoned from there. It was 1:30 AM in Brazil and the party was still going strong. I would love to visit that country someday.

    God Bless ..... Jan

Jan, my wife is putting together the 2005 team to go visit our (Christ's) missions in Brazil. She can get tickets as cheap as "bananas". Join in! They will go to Sao Paulo, and then the Northeast. It is for a minumum of 10 days! If you can put up with some lively congregations and be surprised by Sao Paulo, Brazil as being nothing but a megacity perhaps even more modern than New York, rather than some rinkydinky 3rd world city, this may just be the opportunity for you (and for anyone in this Forum as well).

    You're blessed!
