Twitter / Facebook Status on P-Net

OK, now your facebook / twitter status can now be integrated into your profile. This is really cool! Maybe later I can get it all over this site - maybe by putting it in the instant messenger and individual posts. That's something I can work on.

Here is how to get twitter in your profile...

1) Sign up for an account at http://www.twitter.com - it's free!
2) Go you your USERCP, click "Options", and go down to the bottom of the page and enter your twitter id.
3) Your profile now will show your latest tweets.

Next step,

Integrate twitter with your facebook status. When you post to twitter, it will update your facebook status, and it will be displayed on p-net.

Go to facebook - login - and add the twitter application to your profile.

When you add it, make sure you check the option to let it update your facebook status. Now when you change your status on twitter, it will show up in your profile on p-net and facebook. See my profile as an example.

WHat's cool about twitter is you can download an application from the web for your computer or iphone and let you change your status at any time.

I recommend using twitter to update your facebook status. If you use facebook to update your status, your info won't be sent to twitter. Facebook hasn't opened up their status system. So, what you need to do is update your status via twitter and your facebook status and twitter status will stay the same.

Want to update your status at anytime and see all the tweets of the friends you're following? You need a twitter client.

I really like this application!!! It makes things so much easier to use and update your status and read others. I hope to get more of my friends into this, thanks for discovering such a neat lil program Brandan!! However, with using this program I find the firefox addon to be lame, and very slow to update for me. So think I going to take that off, but this one is really nice i like it! hehe
