At the bottom of each thread and blog entry are some social bookmarking links. I just added the facebook link that will let you send a link to a friend or post a thread / blog to your profile on facebook. It's neat!

After some digging, I found a way to get your blog show up in facebook also. Search the application and look for the "My Blogs" application. Add it to your profile. Go to your blog and get the RSS feed link for your blog and update your preferences. Now go to your profile and add the "My Blogs" application as a tab (click the + sign). New posts to your blog will send a notification to your wall!

Go to YOUR blog, the options box on the left, and then the RSS feed link (right click and copy shortcut / link)
