I placed in this thread a quote with a portion of this article not long ago taken from, I think, the Puritan Board.
The more I see that and the portion of the Article that Brandan published above I am appalled and in a way fuming with rage with the fact that FOR CENTURIES the Roman Catholic Church is SO BOUND to the book of James that Luther (here he is again) is correct again in stating that their religion and theology (my interpretation of what Luther said) is so bound to the book of James that they ignore all other sacred books because of it. I wonder if there would ever be a Roman Catholic Church if there would not be a book of James!
As much as the Gospel stands or falls in the doctrine of Justification by Faith Alone, as Luther said, I believe that Roman Catholic theology STANDS OR FALLS on the book of James alone! Remove James, regard James as a book of social moral behavior, but otherwise UNFIT to be used as a theological treatise, Divine Revelation, and Apostolic, and you will not have a Roman Catholic Theology or church.
In any case, I think now the Roman Catholic leadership has found even a better "man" to follow and make his teachings their new found "theology": KARL MARX. Did you see the other night a Roman Catholic Theologian, professor of their main seminary, telling Bill O'Reilly that Roman Catholic theology is "INCOME RE-DISTRIBUTIVE". Where in the HELL they got this doctrine? Oooops, my question gives away the answer.
